He came out and analyzed the issue and found what it would take to get him back to running. He ordered the necessary parts and came back out and replaced and checked out the unit and made sure all was good and we were satisfied. He treated my dad and our home with respect, he was upfront and honest with what the issues were and what it was going to take to fix it. He kept his word. He delivered what he said he would in a timely manner and that’s why when we need other assistance, we will have Mark Springer back to out to help a family in need. A/C was on but blowing warm air and we were in the middle of a very hot week! Got Spring Aire referral from a trusted friend who has used them for years.They were very responsive and were able to work us in the next day (Friday). Other places we called prior to getting the referral wouldn’t get to us till the following Tuesday at the earliest.Mark and his assistant arrived on time and shortly after looking over the whole system determined that the compressor fan needed to be replaced. Not having that type of part on the truck they quickly were able to pick one up and had the unit working wonderfully within 2 hours or so.Mark was professional, prompt and fair with the cost of the repairs.
